New weapons for TTT

Hello guys.

I don't remember if I already posted a topic like that. But I'll ask again:

There are 16 players all time in TTT, this gamemode is very popular and to make our TTT server be more fun and more attractive I was thinking to put new guns. I was looking to download some weapons, good weapons like: AK-47, AK-74u, M14, MP5...

I've played on many other servers with more guns and it was amazing to have a change.

Many topics like this were made, but Coolz never added the new weapons, due to TTT being closely balance. I would like to see new weapons though, it might get me playing TTT again.

I don't think adding new weapons in general would unbalance anything. Just have a little change. So long as everyone can access I think it'd be fine.

Just use CSS models. If people have to download a million textures and models before joining, the servers will go in the shitter.

Just tell me one thing: you've played in a server that need to download new textures? There is no reason why not for new weapons? I'd be more cool, new sounds, etc. So let us model new weapons, rANdOm weapons

Well, you said you wanted to promote rNd. If people don't have to download anything besides the lua cache, they'll visit more.

But its more worthwhile have new things than to be always the same things (some servers).

CSS weapons with special functions.

Say, an AK47 that fires strider rounds that penetrate multiple people. Or maybe the super cool strider cannon.
