Well I was planning on a triumphant return from one of my infamous hiatuses however, Garry is a tool bag and released an update that broke Gmod the day I got back. So instead of a few rounds of TTT, I return to you here with a highfive.

hl2 [in my case, hl2_osx] either doesn't start claiming "Failed to take master pipe connection lock," starts up and goes nowhere, starts up and goes to the main menu for GMod before crashing, but none of the options there thus far is "starts up, and runs normally".   


Seriously, what the fuck.  If this is Garry's doing at all, it just begs the question of "what the FUCK is he doing to cause these problems every time gmod updates, if not poor programming practices?"
