You buy a crate key at the TF2 shop and when you open the crates you get a chance to find some random weapon or the other "rare" weapon find from the crate.

Crates are...a gamble to say the least.

You have a chance to get whatever is in the list. Weapons on that list are awarded as "strange". They typically have the higher chances.  There is about a 1% chance of getting an unusual effect hat.

Dude. Your backback isn't even CLOSE to Arma 2. All you have is a bunch of weapons, a strange GRU, and two hats, 1 misc, and 2 halloween items. No one is going to give you even a dirt cheap game for that. If you had unusuals, keys, earbuds, Max severed head, or Bill's Hat, etc, THEN you would have a chance at getting good games.
