Why I should be VIP and why I want to be VIP:
Even though I could ask an admin or VIP to join the game to kick/ban, or just simply make a report, getting the person who is breaking the rules or being a major provocation out of the server is an action I can understand and take responsibility for. VIPs, thankfully, are commonly on servers, whether undercover or just doing their shift, keeping the peace by making quick actions towards those who ruin the game. I know most VIPs and talk to them on a regular basis so why not apply to become one so I can help out?

Zombie Survival takes up the majority of my Garry's Mod hours and I know most situations that will occur.
When there are no VIPs on, it is complete anarchy. Glitch cading, team-killing, mic-spamming, team-raping and etc. are events that occur at least once a day, whether unintentional or completely intended. Being another watchful eye on the servers can also come in handy if a player asks me for help if he is bothered. Playing the servers is like entering my own home. I am respected by other players and they know me. I respect other players and take my time to know them. People play the game based on how much fun they have while other people play the game to win. Although, there are those who wish to ruin the game to get the feeling of avenging / getting the luls. Whether I become VIP or not, these bad players will always co-exist in Garry's Mod  but getting some of them out of the way will be a great step up.

Even though there is a slight short of VIPs, as I stated, I am willing to take the responsibility to be one for the welfare of the servers.

Involved Hack (Aimbot / Speed hack)
-Pay close attention to cheating player(s) and gather evidence.
-PM other players to confirm if hack is being used unless it is very obvious.
-Warn cheating player(s) and retrieve Steam ID(s)
-If player(s) continue, ban
If player(s) reconnect:
-Warn player(s)
-If player(s) continue, ban
-Notify admin
-Create ban report

Involved Namechanger Hack
-Gather video evidence that a namechanger is being used or if a player is manually changing names
-Pinpoint player(s) Steam ID using 'View Players' list, console, AND Steam ID Finder
-Ban player(s) (I find no excuse to have a name changer hack, whether TTT or a hack)
-Notify admin
-Create ban report

RDM / Killing Friendly Traitors
-Pay VERY close attention to RDMing player(s), gather evidence, and PM other players to confirm
-Ask RDMing player(s) if accident, and warn
-If I get an outrageous excuse ("Because I felt like it") or If player(s) continue, kick
If player(s) reconnect:
-Final warning, spectate player(s), and retrieve Steam ID(s)
-If player(s) continue, ban
-Notify admin
-Create ban report

Micspammer
>bind k "say Esc > Player List > (Player name) > (Mute)
-Spam k
-Explain to clients that micspamming is not a kickable / bannable offense
In the absolute rare case where people are unable to mute player(s):
-Ask involved player(s) to stop
-If they continue, warn
-If they still continue, kick

Mingebags / General Douchebags
(Player(s) being a general asshole on the server and everyone wants him gone)
(Player(s) psychologically attacking / trolling victim(s))
(This includes sexism, racism, and/or down-right extremely vulgar language)
-Ask attacking player(s) to stop
-If players continue, or attack me, kick
If player(s) reconnect:
-Final warning and retrieve Steam ID(s)
-If player(s) continue, ban
-Notify admin
-Create ban report
