1. You really should make a formal report.
2. If he truly is RDM'ing every chance he gets, it should be a simple matter to get the required demo.
3. I can't remember any RDM ban from the forums that got only a 1 hr ban.
I even bothered to look at all the past reports you have made. You have made 2 reports in total; one, the admin spoke to the player in question, and gave him a 1 day ban.
You complained about the shortness of the ban, and it was reported that the player have in fact turned his act around.
I think your anger comes from the fact that you were banned for a week for RDM, and most people receive a several day ban.
The length of Bans largely depends on many factors, there is no set time period for each different kind of infraction.
An admin makes a judgement on how long he feels is necessary for the given infraction.
In the case of RDM it largely depends on the reaction of the player, it can be as short as a few hours, or as long as several months or more.
So in summary, if you want something done about this make a formal report. And stop comparing your RDM Ban to everyone else's. Every ban is different, do not expect to see the same punishment every time.
