A problem with regulars application.

You said coolz would have to restart "all server details", and I don't see how banning all players would permanently damage ALL the server configurations...

how would he unban everybody, then? unless admins can't ban other admins

first of all, any good server plugin doesn't let low ranks ban higher ranks

and i'm fairly sure he could just clear the sourcebans database, which is comparatively simple to restarting "everything"
