Another solution can be that the admins that do not participate in the forum all ready, can step up to their responsibilities and do some work around the forums.

I've already done 12 reports so far, and will continue trying to help out with them when possible.

I also agree with Teeny, as there are certain admins who never do anything to help out that I've noticed as my time as admin...

1 Major probrem...
I constantly get called to TTT and alot of times there are multiple hackers.
When I get there its hard to discuss who is the one cause my name has Admin tag, so they all leave server.
Then Axule goes and tell me, He its cool man Ill just report them.
Loop continues.

Well, me and Don discussed it a while back and we'll try to go through them as much as possible At least there aren't 2 pages anymore.

As I've said plenty of times, I currently don't have my computer, so I can't play the servers or anything, and that also means that my ability to help with reports is limited atm. Not too worried though, seeing as Don and Hotgreen seem to have it sorted out already, but I will still help as much as I can. If there are reports which don't require any downloading of demos or such, I will manage them.
