I understand, but it's kinda like going in a movie forum, and going OMG I JUST WATCHED SAW 1 IT WAS THE BEST MOVIE EVER!
I personally detest splatterporns, more so than many movies, so when one is recommended I feel more obligated to attempt to ward people off of them.
But if you like the more romantic anime, try some Studio Ghibli/ Miyazaki films. They are all fantastic.
