I guess you would be able to... Actually I dont even know if you can access the hdd from there but if you can, more power to you.

Yeah, it worked.

Reformatting, and properly setting up partitions this time.

Hopefully it all goes smooth once I re-install Win7+Ubuntu tomorrow.


And @tomcat, Ubuntu's the only distro I'm completely familiar with.

Windows 7 repair disc

You can get the .iso free

And always fixes my startup problems when i fuck up with stuff like installing XP alongside 7

It doesn't matter,

I already reformatted.

200GB's on my Windows 7 Partition,
70GB's in a seperate storage partition (In case I ever have to re-install win7 or ubuntu, I can just store shit in here).
50GB extended partition for Ubuntu
> 256MB /boot
> 10GB /
> 2GB Swap
> Rest for /home

So yeah, that's working out pretty well for me.
