Constant VIP/Admin on TTT...

First off, let me point something out. I don't care to be VIP very much.

Lately, a few things have been going on in TTT that could get people kicked or banned for a day.
Some situations:

-Farma Karmers: I find it sort of difficult to actually prove this to anyone via picts, and I'm sure no one wants to watch a video of a whole map. I've tried to call an admin over a few times, but none have come, and one person who admitted to karma farming (I have SS) stopped karma farming when they saw I was calling an admin. Though this particular event I wouldn't have asked for him to be banned because he was in-game if he could see me calling admin, but there were a few other people karma farming when no admin came.

-Traitor Baiting: Though this issue has been resolved, at the time it was a problem for me ato actually catch the person doing it. Later I found out how to print the damagefor the round, but by then the issue was resolved like I said. Still, it would have been nice to have and VIP or admin to be there at the time.

-glitching: This for me is always a problem, especially for CS_Assault. Ofcource, when someone was glitching, there would be someone helping, but there have been a few times when I wasn't able to get them or the sort.

-Karma Bug Abuse: Even though this hasn't been a real problem, I have seen it happen and I haven't been able to catch because the proof I would grab wouldnt be enough. This by far has been the most annoying for me.

Again I say that I don't care to be VIP . I would just want a constant VIP/Admin to be on TTT. I haven't seen any VIP's on since JMan was promoted besides Don, and only a few admins every once and awhile. And I know that not every one can be all the time, but since it's summer for me, I've been on almost all day. Deacon told me about him reapplying when he gets back from vacation, but that's another month from now.

I'd much rather have someone who is VIP/Admin to show up then me becoming VIP.

I'm sorry if this seems stupid and a waste to some, but it's been a real problem for me and I haven't been able to catch some of whats been happening.

I just would like it until Deacon came back.

If someone is karma farming by putting +forward and +left in console, take a 30 second-1 minute  demo of that. It would probably be enough evidence.

If people are glitching, go into spectator and take 2-4 screenshots of it. That's also usually enough.

Karma bug abuse is a bug, and will be fixed soon.

Traitor baiting is easy to prove, and you already know how.

i've always thought regulars should be able to start votekicks, it shouldn't be a problem because we *shouldn't* be giving out regular too easily

Demotion for inactivity is to show how many people are actually active VIPs.
That part's fine.

Honestly, we probably have only a handful of active VIPs.

Yes, VIPs (and admins) SHOULD be demoted for inactivity.

Also, this thread would have been a really good base for a discussion, but you decided to include "suggestions" of making you VIP - why? Did you think it would help your thread at all? Sure, you said you'd rather have other people as VIP, but all I read in the OP was "durr plz vip".

Anyway.
VIPs try to be as active as possible and help the servers out whenever they can. However, there's 10 VIPs that need to take care of 6 servers constantly. And that's with the assumption that all these VIPs are actually active. It's impossible to prevent all rule breaking.
If you see someone break any rules, why not talk to a VIP or an admin over steam chat? VIPs should definitely respond to being called unless they're busy doing something else.

Or, alternatively, wait until summer is over.
It's the time in that more minges show up while less VIPs are playing.
