Need help with Hammer Editor

I currently need help with the following

1. Adding ammo crates, everytime i add Pistol ammo it appears as ERROR when in game it looks as SMG Ammo, just wondering how to fix that

2. Adding weapons, i already found where they are stored

Garrysmod/ Garrysmod/ gamemodes/ Entities/ Weapons

but i dont know how to make them show up in hammer so that i can place them

3.Making Stairs

4.Adding Armor and or Health

5.Making a sign (Ex. Made by Juan Ambriz)

There is a guy with an excellent hammer guide on youtube, Cable showed me it and it was the most helpful thing out of all the guides

Lol im using both, because Magick's has a couple of more things on it, while the youtube site has the stairs.
