Yeah sure it's understandable. Look it is supposed to be an APPLICATION not just asking for something. It is clearly obvious to have the name in there. He did not even have to look at someone's app to realize oh they have a name on the thread maybe I should put mine in there too. Too make it clear for the ones that cannot realize it, I have added that information in. I would say about 99% of people apply for Regular have not had the issue of not putting their name in the title. And I still stick to what I said where as he did not read the How To, he just saw STEAM ID.

yes, i failed at posting an image but then knew what to do but THEN couldn't find the pinhead picture so instead replaced it with a hoers.
