How about this:

A Poll is created with everyone who wants in's names. Everyone votes for one person to be in, OTHER THAN THEMSELVES. Then, the top 5-10 people with the most votes will be included, yes?

PS The Poll would be something like "Vote for whoever you think would succeed in being funny trying to troll an RP server."
