Problem on TF2

Well I've noticed that everytime I join the rNd TF2 server that I am laggy as shit. Not ping lag, not fps lag, just some sorta lag. Whenever I try to walk all my movements are blocky and slower, this EXTREMELY affects aiming and overall gameplay on TF2. The weird thing is, it only happens on this server. I have played others and this does not happen at all. Could someone please tell me what's happening here? ;__;

I don't believe anyone else has this issue.

Maybe it was a crappy internet node at the time.

No, I've asked everyone on at the time and it ALWAYS happens on the rNd server. Nowhere else. On the rNd Garrysmod server, I always have around 10-20 ping...:(

(If you are saying something else, sorry. I am playing Flood and am not paying full attention.)
