No, but a second vote gives another chance to reconsider your vote. This vote just needs more people to vote, but the result right now says to unban him.

The votes are about 50/50.
Unbanning him would make half of the community unhappy.

i just recommended to remove it because it was confusing and it was hard to tell if people wanted him unbanned or not
