We'll need to give more than a week in advance notice for the event so people know when it's happening and can join.

There's also more people in summer holidays in two or three weeks, so if we waited that long, we could have more people joining, and on a more flexible time.

Yeah I'm always up for something, could run higher slot count for a couple hours and lock down servers.
