Flood mode Tools suggestions.

Now at least 1 point during playing in rNd you have probably heard of the Flood server. Now it may be fully custom as coolz would say but it could use a little bit of improvement (not saying it sucks, it's actually pretty good.) and one of the main things I have noticed is, tools.

A while ago I used to play a certain flood server a lot and one of the most popular things was the assortment of tools used to make awesome things such as 2 stage boats, or backups. I have come up with a list for all the tools I think would improve Flood and get muure people on. 

Smart Constraint, Weld, Keep Upright,
