I tried running my own server this afternoon, and I couldn't even get any plugins at all to work. I joined it, and /help didn't work, even with 3 video tutorials.
Honestly, you've accomplished more than I could. You seem to have this odd idea that me telling you that your plugins are broken equates to me saying that you have no idea what you're doing and fail at running a server.
