Eh, some chicks still die if they have warmth, food, and lights. It might of been a unlucky chick.

OMG This reminds of this one time... It was so sad. We found a bird who broke it's leg, at it was all bleeding. We cared for it, put it in a cage, then a few days later it fell out of it's cage and broke both it's legs. I felt so bad, I wanted it just end it out of its misery, and the next day, after hours of agonizing pain, it finally died. We buried it under a tree in our backyard :'(
