The early early Xexxar i remember, when he first joined, he was very polite and quite, and it was like that for over a year, then he joined in with the kid crowd and started to act, a bit weird. Over the months it became worse and worse, and the years past, he got banned for his actions. I now see that he was overcome by visual peer pressure. The people from last year and this year, are very different, and less, trollish you can say. So in my opinion and my response, i say he can come back if he wishes so.
