Uh ... I was not ARGUING that, and for what feels like the 6th time, the problem I have is the idea that a crime is not a crime because it involves something legal to possess but not allowed by a campus rule.   Come on, it isn't THAT HARD to understand.

Arg you just don't get it, its illegal to the school therefore they don't have to do a dam thing! it doesn't matter if its legal elsewhere all that matters is the school doesn't acknowledge it because its forbidding!!!
