It has Skype Mobile, a Camera, bluetooth, virtual qwerty keyboard.

The price is "free" but of course there is a contract, but I get a discount because my mom also uses verizon

I went to the Verizon store in town and saw a Samsung Gem, It has all I want and it's a $50 mail in rebate.

I'm still searching, the store was the small one and there is another in town with more phones, however this one is my first choice so far.
