Title: New Cellphone (nid halp decide)

I need some help deciding what cell phone I should get for my 14th birthday which is coming up in two months.

I am planning to get a cellphone but they're so many I can't decide.

I don't want anything too fancy like an iPhone (considering I already have an iPod, which is basically training wheels for an iPhone.

It has to be under $150

It has to be slim and look sexy.

Wasn't sure what section to put this in so move it to whatever is appropriate.

I do prefer a physical keyboard (but I don't really care)

It doesn't have to be a smartphone (iPod is a iPhone minus the Phone part)

Samsung zeal. It's a great phone with full physical keyboard and a great battery life.  It's also well within your price range.

I know you said you dont want anything fancy or pricy, but you can get a 3gs with a 2 year plan for only $50
Or an android for 75$.

Some of the reviews are apparently bad. It sends texts to the wrong people and freezes, but some people say it works fine.

All together it's a 4 star though. I guess I'll keep looking. I can't send specs atm.

You didn't read the whole OP. I stated my price limit which has now dropped from $150 to $100 and it also has to be Verizon.

The price is "free" but of course there is a contract, but I get a discount because my mom also uses verizon  >:D

If anyone has anymore suggestions please say them now.

It's fugly but it has what I want, and it's not very thick either.

I went to the Verizon store in town and saw a Samsung Gem, It has all I want and it's a $50 mail in rebate.

I'm still searching, the store was the small one and there is another in town with more phones, however this one is my first choice so far.
