actually it does, if the item in question happens to be illegal on the grounds such as your school has stated therefore they don't have to do a dam thing. It becomes your own problem since they forbid you to bring it to school.

Against the rules of an institution =/= against the LAW of course... and still, it doesn't change the basic definition of robbery just because you were robbed of to be against the school rules to have on campus [though still LEGAL to possess].

Uh ... I was not ARGUING that, in fact, I think I already said I think it wasn't something that they would care to look into [but then again, the police at my last college looked into a stolen foam battleaxe, so who knows] ... and for what feels like the 6th time, the problem I have is the idea that a crime is not a crime because it involves something legal to possess but not allowed by a campus rule.... last I checked, larceny/theft was not defined as "The unlawful taking of personal property as an attempt to deprive the rightful owner of it permanently"*

I have ... nowhere near 200 - MAYBE half that - I need to check [could take my stack of cards, use division of the stack's height by the card thickness to get a rough estimate] - all in great shape. ... and lots of the first generation U.S series too.... that I easily have a few hundred of first generation to Gym Leaders / Team Rocket series [and all their corresponding Japanese cards too] - haven't touched them in so many years.... ~_~

Funny thing is, I have a counterfeit Charmeleon card where the light trick [to ID a counterfeit card] doesn't work - well, not really funny, since not all counterfeits are the same.

LOL my brother had all three of those ultimate cards or what-ever when he was 10. then he lost them and found one ripped in half. he also had like 500 pokemon cards, but of course he ruins those too and destroys whatever value they could of had. meh, hes 13 now and not one bit more mature than a 6 yr old -.-
