First of all. Vip should be for 1 year + members who wont abuse. And second the difference between vip and regular is there to have a class that can still use the custom tools and not be able to become a respectard so regular shouldnt be able to voekick at all.
Edit: at the very most regular can get vote kick and vip can get instakick and voteban.

well if you look at it the people who have bgeen on the longest are the ones that dont minge and we have some people around the same time as you who still minge. but then again its up to the admin.
