After checking this again when Frank sent this report to me..... i have concluded that this is infact abuse and there shuld be no reason for u to get butthurt in the game if u drop your gun and someone takes it...

Put simply it is a part of the game and and u dropped your weapon, which means anyone can have the opportunity to pick it up
