I have played Zombie Survival many times with Cabal and have not witnessed him abuse once, and I'm sure anyone would get really mad  (and people don't think smart when they're mad) if someone stole my weapon when I dropped it accidently (I'm assuming he dropped it accidentally)  like that and start a votekick for a reason like that as well, sorry going to have to  this Frank.
