Everytime I join TTT (RND only)

lua cache file could not be downloaded. Server Misconfigured!All players are in T-shaped formations running around without even moving their legs. I can hear people on mics and see the chat box, but I can't use my VIP powers. I can't identify bodies, can't see any weapons but the crowbar, can't see attacking animations, can't see weapon world models (only their shadows), can't see players names... List goes on.

Umm yeah, these are CSS models and the animations are missing or some shit, because they are in the god mode pose, it was working a bit ago. Please help :(
