I kinda want to just to experience the technical aspects of it. My parents don't want to because it's more convenient to them to drive automatic. Even though my dad says he did well in his driving test specifically for a manual car.

I drove Manual just incase something happens and there is no automatic, but will be using Automatic

When my dad was teaching me how to drive, he made me learn how to drive manual before I was allowed to drive automatics. I personally prefer to drive manual transmission cars because I have more control, I can downshift, I can slow down with slight to no detection (mainly for cops), and just keeps my mind occupied.

I'm going to learn how to drive in about a year probably, parent's want me to learn how to use a manual, looking forward to it.

Vast majority people in America drive automatics so I expected it to also be represented in this community since most people here are from the US.

Manual master race. All of my personal cars have been manual, easier and cheaper to fix, gets better gas mileage than auto, less problems than autos, no electronic assisted any bs.
