I don't think votemute would be a good idea, because if most people vote to mute a person, but some don't want to, the person will either way be muted for everyone. Using ESC mute doesn't hurt anyone, as individual people can mute as they want, and not affect other players.

That's there problem then. Majority of the server wants a person to stfu, then so be it.

Im pretty sure I already said this. Time is not the matter. Its wither the player learns or not.
