Sony Vegas 12 Preset

Ive been trying to record Arma for a while and the recordings look nice 1080 and such. and i try to edit in HD but they always have an extremely high memory or sometimes its just shit.

Does anyone have a custom preset they use, that doesnt take a shit ton of memory, and is in DECENT quality, (I still want it to be in 1080, but doesnt have to be super crystal clear.)
Ive looked everywhere for the past 2 days.
Any help/presets is appreciated.

Shoot, I found a preset from a youtube video that seems legit but im not on my comp. Try searching up best sony vegas preset or something like that.
