Well it depends on what size case you have I'm not too good with sizes I believe it's something like micro atx atx and somethign else I forgot

so it depends on what size case you have so find that out and if your mother board is the same size as that case or smaller it will fit for sure but I am guessing it just mainly depends on your case size but i'm probably wrong

Well, I'm replacing it because my current one's PCI-e 16x slot stopped working almost a year ago.

I've read the measures and the MSI is just a few millimetres bigger, so I think it'd fit just fine. I'm mostly concerned about how good it will work with the other components, and how good it is on its own.

Yeah it will fit for sure just  be careful putting in big things like graphics cards and such because my mother board is like 2 mili meters smaller then the case but putting in the gpu was a pain in the ass and I am pretty sure it will work fine with the other components if you know how too hook them up properly and don't damage them you should be fine.

Yes.

The case is a mid-tower so just make sure the motherboard is either micro-atx or mid-atx and it will be fine. I'm 80% sure that mobo is mid-atx though it doesn't specify.

What's MSI's reputation?
No.
Their customer support/RMA process is awful.

It took over a week for Customer support to respond.
They are very poop.
Their build quality is generally good, yeah. But everything can and will break. The quality of the company is limited by their quality of service as far as I see it, regardless of the products they supply.
Asus has done me well, and Ive heard nothing bad of Gigabyte either.

Yes. It will work because nearly all cases you can buy show what kinds of motherboards they can be used with.

What about this one?
http://www.evga.com/articles/00502/ftw200/

Ye, should work, Your case specifies:

"Motherboard Support:
ATX, Micro ATX , ITX"

and that board is ATX. So yeah.
