Show some TTT rules when connecting to the server.

Just to hopefully cut down on the RDMers, I'd like to have the text when loading edited to actually show some TTT rules along with the other notes.
You know, this screen
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
For example, telling them not to kill AFKs, what RDM is and that you have to crouch to shoot the Barrett

Stuff like that to straighten things out between players. What do you guys think?

I completely support this idea but i'm not really going to say anything cause the OP speaks for itself.

Perhaps we should make the whole rule list to pop up once you join the server with the ability to close and re-open it at anytime instead?

I think we should have a list of specific rules that apply to that server in the loading screen on every server.
Remember to yellow when I kill you.

Or at least make a dialog box pop up when you enter the game after loading. Would have more time to read and could explain more. And maybe even force people to agree to it by clicking "I agree to the rules" button.

I'm up for this; I think it would be helpful to newcomers who read it, but we can't really hold it against players because they didn't spend 10 minutes reading the rules list.
A Man named William Reed's last living testament says that he is going to read his own will.

Will Reed's will will read "Will Reed will read Will Reed's will"

We don't really need every detail of the rules, just the ones that we have the most problems with. As long as the list is fairly small it'll be alright. Players who have to download something small should be able to read the rules completely, if they're on a slower computer as just about all RDMers are, VIPs and Admins can use the "You didn't read the rules" excuse if they ever want to get someone out of the server.

-RDM and reason to kill
-T Baiting
-Fucking around with props
-Map exploits
-Killing AFKs
-Using map traps as inno
Stuff like that should be addressed

As for the idea of having an "I Agree" window to eliminate, it would have to be one-time. I would find it to be a drag to close every time (at least for a lazy fuck like myself) plus, it's more work that would likely be ignored.

I just hope this would be easy to incorporate into the server if it ever were to be accepted. Heck, you could even make a simple page on the Rules website to display.
