Engine Error: CMDLCache out of memory (Gmod)

This just started last night, I was going to TTT then when it went to Sending client info and joined the server afterwards it crashed and showed this,

I've searched the internet, contact some few people and tried what I can and it still displays that.

I've tried: (But seem to have not worked)
 - Re-install Gmod
 - Verify Integrity of Game Cache
 - Defragment Cache Files
 - Deleted:

How about other games? what is you memory usage of Gmod when playing (task manager > Processes > Hl2.exe > memory usage.)

I have a lot of free space (79 GB) and I don't run so much applications besides steam.

Now it doesn't let me launch gmod itself, soon as I see the blue loading screen it always crashes afterwards.
