Title: Engine Error: CMDLCache out of memory (Gmod)

This just started last night, I was going to TTT then when it went to Sending client info and joined the server afterwards it crashed and showed this,

I've searched the internet, contact some few people and tried what I can and it still displays that.

I've tried: (But seem to have not worked)
 - Re-install Gmod
 - Verify Integrity of Game Cache
 - Defragment Cache Files
 - Deleted:

- Restarted Steam over and over
 - Restarted my PC few times
    * Ran Steam/Gmod than other applications first

How about other games? what is you memory usage of Gmod when playing (task manager > Processes > Hl2.exe > memory usage.)

How much disk space do you have left?

Or you probably have too many applications open.

Not yet

161,140 KB though it raises up more some time

I have a lot of free space (79 GB) and I don't run so much applications besides steam.

Has it ever displayed a red megaage in the top right corner of the screen while playing?
