Why I should be VIP:
-Except for my extended absence since January of this year until a few weeks ago (due to very important real-life problems. Please don’t ask.), I am very active on the servers.  I can help remove naughty players.
-Most people enjoy playing with me, as I don't disrespect anyone or be a complete idiot (though sometimes my blonde comes through...).
-I apply "Innocent until proven guilty" not only in game play, but also with suspected cheaters/rdmers/minges.
-I often try to start servers by joining them when they are empty and inviting anyone on steam who is online.
-I attempt to spread the word about our servers and invite real life friends and steam friends to play along.
-If someone kills me without sufficient evidence, I would not overreact and kick/ban them.  I would act just as if it had happened to someone else.

Why I want to be VIP:
-I am very active on the servers.  I would not join just to answer a call for help;  I would also play the game, because I love every server in RND <3.  Overall, I want to create a fun, minge-free environment to play games in.

Contributions to RND:
-I’ve made 2 videos:
   Hide and Seek (RND Style)
   Faceist Ritual (.:RND'=-)
-I am currently working on a map, which has been under construction since June of 2012.  I hope to finish it during the summer.
-I submit reports.
-I invite friends and other players to RND.

Situations:

Someone is idling in to karma farm in TTT or to occupy a slot in any other server
1. Ask how long the player has been on server if I don’t know.
2. If it’s been more than 12 rounds, I start a votekick for idling.

Someone is raging at a player because they are micspamming
1. I would tell the dude to chill.
2. I would tell him/her how to mute someone, and remind him/her that micspam is allowed and not a kick/banable offense, because if you don’t like their mic, you could easily mute them.

 Someone is t-baiting in TTT
1. Give them a first warning.
2. Give them a second warning.
3. Give them one last warning.
4. If they continue, I start a votekick.
5. If they return and continue to t-bait, I submit a report.

Someone is glitching/exploiting in any server
1. If they got into a spot not intented to be accessible, I ask them if they intentionally got there, and to suicide.  If they are exploiting a glitch in the map, such as spamming a button until it breaks the function, I ask them to stop.
1. a. If they refuse, I warn them once. If they continue after the warning, I start a votekick.
1. b. If they apologize and suicide, or if they say they did not intentionally glitch/exploit, I let them go.  If they do it again, I revert to step 1. a.

Any form of single (target, inno-inno, inno-traitor, etc.) RDM
1. I ask why the person killed the victim.
2. If it’s a viable excuse, I let them go.  If not, I give them a single warning.
3. If they continue, I start a votekick.
4. If they return and continue, I start a voteban and submit a report.

Any form of mass RDM
1. Give the criminal a single warning.
2. If they continue, I start a voteban and submit a report.

Someone is suspected of traitor hacks
1. I ask why they killed traitors without sufficient proof.
2. I spectate them and watch their habits.
3. After more kills, I conclude whether or not it is overly-suspicious activity.  If so, I voteban them for a short time and submit a report

Someone is suspected of using wallhacks
Same procedure as above for traitor hacks.

Someone is speedhacking
1. I observe them and conclude if they are speedhacking or exploiting a prop.
2. If they are hacking, I voteban them and submit a report.
3. If they are exploiting, I refer to my procedure for when someone is suspected of glitching/exploiting in any server.

Someone is suspected of using aimbot
1. I spectate them first-person.
2. If, after a few kills, it’s blatantly obvious that they are aimbotting, I voteban them and submit a report.

Mono is way ready for VIP, Helpful in-game, very friendly, and I have really never seen him doing anything wrong. Monorail would be a very responsible VIP.

mono is aware of what is going on when he is playing and takes a time to make sure what happened if someone said "RDM" or things like that.

In my opinion, he would be a good VIP.

   Monorail seems like a great guy, active, responsible etc. He's also useful when it comes to server moderation, he definitely has the potential, I think he'd do fine as a VIP.

Now, I haven't gotten back to Gmod yet (and I should), but from what I remember, Mono is a pretty decent person to begin with.

I've never really seen him do anything bad, and he does respond positively to rule-breaking, so
