1) I know the rules pretty well, but more than that I guide myself in what I think is right and fair. Normally even before warning that I will make a report I see if the rule breaker is really bothering someone. Apart from that I try to give as many chances and warnings as possible and if it is something that affects me and only me, I try to have a lot more tolerance.
2) I don’t hold grudges. I believe people can change for good even if they have shown otherwise 20 times before.
3) Normally I’m really aware of everything happening in the server, so even if no one have said anything, I’m always checking the logs to see if there was a weird kill on a T or something like that.
Why I want to be VIP:
I have always felt a lot of respect to players in the VIP rank. Not because they are VIPs, but because of how they are. Being a VIP is something I have been looking forward almost since it came out, and most of times I would ask myself if I was ready for it or not. rNd was the first place I found on the internet like it, and I love it. When I got Gmod, rNd servers were the only place where I could play it, and I remember I had so much fun that even when my pingaz’d gmod fucked over for almost half year I still checked each month if I could play on rNd again. Being part of rNd helped me learning the basics of a lot of things like English, mapping and coding(wich I really appreciate).
TL:DR, rNd means a lot to me and I would love to be more involved with the community.
Apart from that, I would like to be VIP because it makes it easier to give a hand moderating the servers.

Apart from making reports and randomly helping people, nothing.
Situations:
Someone is prop pushing on Flood1)First warning
2)Second warning
3)Explain why I’m votekicking him + votekick.
4)If he comes back and still is doing it, I would give one last warning
5)If he doesn’t stop after the warning, voteban + report on forums.
People are money rounding in Flood1)Warn the whole group that money rounding is against the rules
2)If they do it again, gather proof and give one last warning.
3)If they do it again, I would make an admin aware of this and start a votekick on the one with most money on the group.
4)If they don’t stop and an admin doesn’t show up, keep votekicking the guy with most money till all the rule breakers have been votekicked.
5)If any of the votekicked guys come back I would start a voteban + a report on the forums.
Killing fellow Traitor buddy on TTT1)Ask why he did it.
2.1)If it was a mistake, didn’t saw the he was his fellow traitor, just tell him to don’t do it again.
2.2)If the guy who killed his T buddy RDM’s again and give the same excuse again, tell him to not let it happen again.
2.3.1)If he killed the same guy(T buddy) 3 times in a row, votekick for target killing.
2.3.2)If it wasn’t the same guy, give one last warning.
2.4)If he does it again, votekick.
3)If he answers “I felt like doing so” or something like that, start a votekick for teamkilling.
4)If any of the votekicked guys comeback and RDMs again, voteban + report.
RDMing the detective as an innocentKinda the same as above.
Someone is glitching (not spawned on glitch, TTT and Flood)1)Tell the person to get out of the glitch
2)If it isn’t possible, tell the person to type “kill”,”explode” or “retry” on cosle
3)If the person can’t or doesn’t know how to open console, ask him to rejoin the server.
4)If the person keeps holding up the round, give one last warning.
5)If he doesn’t fix the problem after the last warning, votekick.
Someone is using a name changerI would gather proof of him and get his steam ID. If there is an admin online ask him to join the server. If there isn’t, I would try to voteban if possible and do a report on forums

2)If it is obvious as hell, start a voteban + report on forums.
3)If I ain’t sure, I would keep spectating him while recording and make an admin aware of this and ask him to spectate him too if possible.
Someone is using speedhacks1)Record a .dem

Someone is mic-spamming, general population wants him/her gone1)I would tell them how to mute the player.
2)If a weird glitch appears or it is impossible to mute him, ask him politely to stop mic spamming.
3)If he keeps doing it, tell him that if he doesn’t stop he will be kicked.
4)If he doesn't stop, warn him one more time.
5)If he keeps mic spamming after the warning, votekick.
6)If he comes after the votekick and keeps doing it, voteban.
67If he doesn’t learn him lesson after the first voteban, a second voteban + report on forums.
Someone is constantly disrespecting other people1)If it is too disrespectful, ask the person to stop.
2)If he keeps with that behavior, warn him that he will be votekicked if he keeps doing it.
3)If he keeps with that behavior after the first warning, tell him that this is the last warning and that I will votekick him if he doesn’t stop
4)If he keeps doing it, votekick.
5)If he comes back after the votekick and keeps doing it, give him one last warning to stop
6)If he doesn’t, voteban + report on forums.
