Can you name one thing wrong with being a nerd?

It really depends, some people don't have the intelligence to know the proper meaning of "nerd".

"Nerds" make INSANE amounts of money by their job especially tech "nerds" and math "nerds" depending on what they do.

Zevante:
Social Awkwardness?

Jhon:
Forever-a-virgin.

Just kidding, it depends what do you mean by "nerd". When I hear "nerd" I think of a fat/super-skinny, socially akward, sits all day infront of the PC / studying person.
If you workout and you aren't socially akward, then you aren't a nerd by me.

If I have to give one negative thing I see about many nerds is that they usually become depressed and close-minded, thinking they can't change if they want to. Some of them that get high grades many times can't find a good job even though they have good grades and since they are so close-minded, because they focused their whole life on school, then they can't even think of an other option except some good paying, normal job (although that's not just a nerds problem).

Oh, they also don't get to enjoy being with women and enjoy life outside of their house.

Well it all depends on how you define nerd...

If you define a nerd as a smart persone, hell no there is not even 1 thing wrong about them, maybe that they can get cocky about it sometimes.

If you define a nerd as someone who study a lot, if you have a decent social life and you feel confortable with yourself I don't see anything wrong.

If you define a nerd as a socially akward, guy who sits all day in front of pc... look above for opinions.

The socially awkwardness... that's a gamer nerd if I'm not mistaken...
