If it ain't gonna be a custom water loop, I suggest you go for a Noctua NH-D14 air cooler. The best closed loop water cooling out there, the Corsair H100, is only 1-2 degrees celsius better than the NH-D14 and costs about double the price. It's also more noisy.
Just make sure your case is big enough for it.
