Woah where do you live? lol
Sounds pretty neat, though I don't think the sun rise is my problem really.
http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=99710I read somewhere that it was a negative-calorie food, and takes energy away from you, rather than giving it.
It is, most of the calories in celery are in the cellulose, which our bodies cant really process. So it takes more energy to digest than it provides to us.
Though in reality, you could eat celery all day and it wouldn't have much of an effect, since its a small amount of negative calories. You could equal the same calorie loss by sleeping all day.
Drinking a glass of cold water will give you more negative calories than celery, since the drop in your core body temp will take more calories to burn than eating celery.
As for a insomnia solution, if it works w/e it works. But I wouldn't expect miracles.
Occasional insomnia in teenagers is relatively common, and in most cases greatly reduces in intensity some time after the age of 18.
If you have chronic insomnia ( frequently awake for days or weeks at a time), don't ask us for help, go to a specialist doctor in the area.
If it's not a frequent, try:
- Going to sleep at regular times
- Exercising earlier in the day
Insomnia is a tough one, since it is often a mix between biological problems, and mental problems.
I also occasionally get the issue where you just don't stop thinking about things and it keeps you awake, I've learned how to tell my mind to stfu, but It still gets me every once in a while.
A good labor intensive job might help, since the work that allows you to go into autopilot tends to help teach you to take your mind off things. That + the physical exhaustion might reset you into a good sleep schedule.
