I don't really have insomnia, but I do have a horrible sleeping pattern that I try to get under control, some nights I just can't fall asleep, usually it's just from things I have on my mind.
Pretty similar. Some nights I can finally get in bed at 11 pm, others can be at 4am... and when I do I can't sleep because always just have random thoughts in my mind keeping me awake..
Take melatonin.

I'm never sleepy, but I fall asleep after an hour or so
I usually aim to go to sleep around 9PM, because it takes me an hour to actually sleep.
Yea always takes me a good half hour or so for me... shit sucks. I wish I was like some people who just lay there head down and fall asleep instantly.
