Guess my strong support for Obama comes from the fact I'm a serious California kid.

>I'm the equivalent of a die hard southern religionist voting for Romney.

I hear they are both shit heads. Makes me not want to vote. I'm not even registered yet. I really should get registered. I might go with Obama since he is a lesser evil...

I barely follow politics. This is the first year I can vote, and I'm passing on it becuase I don't personally feel like I should be making a decision. If I was going to vote though, I'd go for Obama. I just love the man as a person.

Obama would be great as a motivational speaker.

First year for me too. It's out "duty" to vote though. I might vote, because if I don't then I can't bitch about it afterwards about the winner doin a bad job.

He really is. Great voice. It had me on his side when he started running the first time. That whole "Yes we can" "We are pulling out of Iraq" and other crap.

So many unfulfilled promises...

Personally, I think he just had too much on his plate. It's not the he doesn't or isn't going to fulfill them, just that he has his priorities shifted right now. He has started pulling soldiers out and for the most part, the "war" in Iraq is over.

Did he really even do anything? It feels like he did more bad than good... "He has started pulling soldiers out and for the most part, the "war" in Iraq is over." All he did was place them in another country(Afghan). Shit isn't any different really.

Again, I'm just speaking out of my ass here since I don't follow politics, but
We were heading straight for a depression with Bush, and still were until Obama started making some economical reforms. He prevented a recession, got Bin Laden, ended the war, and started sending troops back to America.

I don't follow politics close either but from what I've heard around in my school people argue that Obama couldn't get anything done cause the Senate shot down his propositions.

If I could vote I would be voting for Obama.

Mitt Romney just seems like Bush but slightly more photogenic and charismatic

I wouldn't vote for either. Obama hasn't done much in 4 years and has been blaming his problems on Bush and Romney isnt going to do shit for the country.

Probably because most of the problems have been Bush's and the Republican's fault in general. The debt will more than likely start to go down as soon as the Bush era tax cuts aren't in effect. It'll also stop faster if Republicans in the House and Senate stop being babies and stop blocking every Democrat bill just because it was proposed by Democrats.
