SimCity 2013 gameplay

SimCity: 10 Minutes of Gameplay Footage (Strategy Video)

It looks like SimCity 4 but simplified. I think it's a big improvement from Societies though.

I only wish they would bring back the economics with taxes, city ordinances, advisors, etc

But there's no mention of taxes, or ordinances. It could be there, just not explained yet
