Title: SimCity 2013 gameplay

It looks like SimCity 4 but simplified. I think it's a big improvement from Societies though.

I only wish they would bring back the economics with taxes, city ordinances, advisors, etc

But there's no mention of taxes, or ordinances. It could be there, just not explained yet

Why havent i touched this game series yet? I want this  :o
