Hey, I heard gigabyte stepped up their quality with the newer mobos but I recommend getting the next version up in that z77 line http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128545 , you get a few more bells and whistles for 30 usd more or w/e.. i think worth it as mobo is what everythings built off of.

Also, if you are goin with a graphics that costs that much, might as well go with the latest line.. only 80 more bux w/e http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130768 or go with something cheaper from the 500 series.. or even amd ati card.

Should have enough room in the case you chose.. seems like decent case.

Question is, are you planning on dual or tri sli? if not you could easily get away with a 750watt psu, maybe 850 just to be sure with that fermi card. If you are planning to tho, that 1200 psu looks really nice, gold so high efficiency etc. Plus its modular so that's nice, and it also claims a 98amp 12v rail so.. that's ample quality power to your components.

For the cooling unit for the processor, i would go a step up with the evo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 you want something that can be reliable over time and decent bang for buck.. plus i heard latest i7 line runs hotish.

And damn, nice cpu.. wish i had a build with that xD

Also, just a small note.. you don't really need a mic if you get a headset.. as it has one included.. difference between headset and headphones + mic

Edit:// Oh and i forgot the harddrives, this normally becomes the performance bottle neck for new systems.. you might want to invest into maybe raid0 with 10krpm western ditigal raptors.. or even do a ssd for the OS and that wd drive for storage and programs.. but yea that'll be where you'll want your first upgrades if you don't end up changing it when building.

Seems like you're going to overclock your CPU so you should get a proper heatsink. Since you'll have spare money 'cause of the PSU you can get a Noctua NH-D14, which leads me to suggest you to change the case to this one - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352010     It's also better and the big NH-D14 will deffinately fit inside.

I brake headsets easily, so I prefer desktop mics.

Power isn't what's going to help you run games at fluid rate lol. If you'll get that I7 + GTX 670, even after overclocking you won't use 620W, it will just be a waste of money unless you're planning on SLI and then you'll need to get a different motherboard and 750W will be enough.
I forgot to write that if you aren't going to use intensive graphics programs/video editing, etc. and just going to game, you won't need an I7 because you'll barely see any difference. Also, you took a CPU for overclocking, but I see you're keeping that heatsink. If you aren't going to OC that CPU you better get the one without a K and save yourself money.

I also see you changed the GPU. The GPU is the component that is going to affect your gaming the most and there's a pretty damn big difference between a GTX 550Ti and a GTX 670. I would downgrade nearly every other component before down grading the GPU to save money.
