Description of the event(s)
It started when I killed Eion for reasons he didn't see fit. I had killed him for being with a T of which he had dna on and not killing him on top of generally acting like a T and following me when I told him specifically several times to go away. He then proceeded to rage about how unfair of a kill it was and the next round he spent asking everyone of my whereabouts literally the entire round. I had died in the very start of the match and been thrown down a hole by a T. The next round he found me in the start of the round walked up to me and proceeded to snipe me in the head then proclaiming that, "His job here was done". After kicking him the map switched. Right after it switched he returned on his alt account evading the minuscule 10 minute kick. He then proceeded to find me and try and unload on me with his terribly low karma that his alt possesses. After yet another kick, the kick on his other account had expired and he returned on it. He then returned under his new alias of which he was imitating another player on at the time Captain David I believe. Evading yet again the kick that took place on that account. After a swift random 60minute kick from one of the other VIP's present at the time Foofoojack I've yet to see him return.

Reason for action
Primarily the evading I had no intention of filing any form of report for just one revenge first blood rdm. I felt a kick would suffice it wasn't until he came back on an alt and continued to do the same I felt the need to report.

Additional information
After the first blood rdm I didn't take any screenies because I didn't feel they'd be necessary. I'd not known Eion to be a trouble maker so I figured he's simply take his 10 minute time out with stride it was my own fault for not thinking. I'm sure however that any of the players there would attest to the fact that it did happen and isn't exactly all that important I didn't intend on making a big deal of it in the first place. The primary reason for this report his his attempts to evade and impersonate to get in and continue to rdm me. In short if he had simply taken said 10 minute kick and just waited it out there wouldn't have been any further action taken.

I believe this report shows everything that Eion has wrongfully done and should be punished for it.

The revenge/target RDMing was just way over the top.

I think the fact that he has an alt account and openly uses it to his leisure is enough for a perma.

Wait so you think someone's impersonating Eion? I just find it odd that if that's the case the impersonator would have had to coincidentally happened to target me and only me not to mention the fact that they were on one right after the other but never at the same time.

No, I'm saying Eion impersonated himself with his own alt account. He was in-game on office, and then "H-something,  Bootyslap Lord" changed their name to "Eion  Kilant 379" with the added space in his name. So he could have been ghosting earlier, but that would require additional proof.

I will say that Eion's reaction was far from appropriate, and the evidence looks sufficient to me for a ban [ultimate decision obviously coming from an admin] - I mean, if you feel RDM'd  you can be po'd, I think anybody could reasonably understand somebody wanting to know why they were killed, or if they feel it was wrong, the person saying something about it, but still... all this shit is just screaming massive overreaction.

Not to stir the pot though, but I do feel that Shockah sometimes [emphasized to show I'm trying to not generalize] comes up with the stupidest bullshit to either justify killing somebody, or suspecting somebody, and it can get annoying at times, but that's for another time.

Excalipoor had some useful information though semy, whether it's his opinion or not it still sheds light on Eions character. It also illustrates the fact that he causes trouble wherever he is since he's been gone for a long while the moment he gets back he goes out and does this.
