Juan is a good candidate, He's generally friendly with the community,  stays out of trouble most of the time, abides the rules, and is really active.

Moo-style bans: 1 month for small things unless issues are resolved

Regular punishment: which for non-regular players doesn't do a thing.

I honestly think, if prox were to be the one promoted that the second person should be deacon,of course with his approval, but even if he doesn't want to become one now, I think he would be the perfect guy for the job when his personal stress is gone.

Deacon, in my opinion, is the best candidate for admin that I know.

1. He isn't quick to judge, meaning he gives the suspect a chance to give his reasoning.
2. He doesn't take bullshit
3. Very reasonable dude
4. Responsible and trustworthy

 I see an admin candidate is someone who engages himself in the community, and takes action to help others when needed.

 From my point of view, deacon is not a good candidate for various reasons:
 -he is shy and not very engaging towards the community.

 -his actions to help other people have sparked arguments before and caused himself alot of stress.

 I just think he cannot handle the stress of being an administrator.

Well, he told us numerous times that he had alot of stress in his life, and the stress of being a VIP was painful for a time being. I don't know about now though.
