I HAVE SO MANY BAD HABITS.

I really want to work on three specific bad habits that I've had for all very long times. One of just over reacting to shit that isn't even that bad, I think I'm doing really better on that one

the second one is just talking to people in general, I think of things to talk about while i'm talking, so most conversations I have get really awkward when I run out of things to talk about, also this habit is I think because I'm super duper self conscious about myself which is also another problem about me.

and the last thing is probably one of my worst, I have a habit of when I walk or run I put my hands up kind of like a dinosaur and some people called me out on it and named me creeper hands ._. ..

I guess my worst habit is thinking of perverted situations/thoughts with girls. I also crack my fingers quite often.

I have a horrible habit of biting my nails, I mean it is awful. I actually really only get fake nails, because it prevents me from biting my nails; like I will place my nail in my mouth to bite, but then i'm like, okay.jpg. But as soon as they get bad after about, 4 or 5 weeks, i just bite the fake nails off. Hurts my teeth like hell but I can't really stop myself. I also bite them when I am nervous.

I also crack my knuckles a lot, I can crack them about 4 or 5 times in a row. And then a couple minutes later I can do it again. It grosses out my friend, but I am okay with it. Cracking your knuckles won't give you joint problems, since you are just popping the air bubbles in between your joints, but it can wear away at them I believe.

Also I do that weird hand thing, I do a lot of things with my hands while I walk without realizing it. Sometimes I would actually walk around with them raised in the air and NO ONE GAVE A FUCK, lol.

I sit on my other hand while I eat, EVERYTHING. I will do everything with my right hand, and just sit on the other one, weird shit.

I also really like popping pimples, but I never have any to pop. Don't know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.

It's REALLY REALLY hard to resist scratching my eczema when it's itchy, a few days ago I decided to stop doing it and haven't scratched it since. It looks MUCH better now, and it doesn't burn anymore.

It's REALLY REALLY hard to resist scratching my eczema when it's itchy, a few days ago I decided to stop doing it and haven't scratched it since. It looks MUCH better now, and it doesn't burn anymore.
I hate that, it starts itching when it gets into spring and summer :/

Oh I almost forgot about that too since it happens so often. I have the same thing on the back of my wad, I've had it for 2 year now and it constantly itches all the time, I think it's starting to improve now though. It use to be so bad that though that I would get blisters and it would bleed all over the back of my head. Sucks.

Well... I was born with it, fucking genes

My eczema is not THAT bad though and for some strange reason, pouring hot water on it when it's itchy feels good...

I have like an on/off button for swearing. Once I get home and on my computer, I swear without even thinking twice. When I'm at school or around adults, I use words like crap and lame without trying.
