Well here's Hotgreen messing up his internet again

Well I tried reformatting with windows 7 again, didn't work. Tried factory reset, didn't work.

I'm basically out of options at this point and I'm close to just bringing it to some overpriced computer service nuts that probably won't be able to solve this.

Before I do that I just want to know if anyone can take one last look at this before I do that, and see if they know what's wrong :/

If I read the post right then do this on your PC:
Click the start button  > type CMD in the search then hit enter > type in the command prompt > ipconfig /release then hit enter > ipconfig /renew then enter

Im not sure if that will fix it but u can give it a try.

That, That how I fixed my Router when I was trying to host a Dev Server for my map.
