Buddy, we are trying to help you but you need to be more specific. What resolution/settings do you usually use? Arguments are starting because of this. I'ts impossible for your PC to get 100fps on Crysis 2 1920 x 1080...

This has happened to me in Splinter Cell: Conviction. Try turning off/on your VSYNC in video settings. If that doesnt work, turn down settings, you should see a difference.
Oh. BTW, rating doesn't mean shit. Windows has, for some reason capped the limit at 5.8.

With my texture and quality mods? LOL have you seen the Crysis Immersive Quality mod? you can mistake that for a guy running outside with a nanosuit on :3

Laptops cant handle Dead Island on max with 120 FPS.

I was as surprised as you are... trust me. But fraps showed 100 fps.

I also tried doing that with my TV... no difference.

My computer has no problem running with high res and 2048x2048 textures(MGE).
My friend uses my old computer with 6GB and it runs fine on MAX with 1920 x 1080p. He uses his tv.
